• Registrations close a day before the workshop.

• The decision of refund on registrations cancelled by participants lies with Capital Photo Service Private Limited, and shall be final and binding on all concerned.

• CAMARENA reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change, amend, vary the terms and conditions at any point of time without assigning any reasons or any intimation whatsoever and the same shall be binding on the customer.

• CAMARENA may withdraw this event at any time without prior notice. Participants who have registered for the same, will be intimated through their registered e-mail id.

• In case Event is cancelled/withdrawn by CAMARENA, the full payment made for registration by customer shall be refunded within 15 working days from date of Event.

• Who should attend this Event?
A must attend event for all Photography enthusiasts.

• My image(s) was selected as Mentor’s Choice, do I still need to book an entry pass?
Seats have already been reserved for members whose picture(s) have been selected as "Mentor's Choice” and who have confirmed their desire to participate in the event. Invitation entry pass will be couriered to them soon. However if you need additional passes you may book them online.

• How do I book my pass and make the payment?
You can book your pass online and pay by credit card. Alternatively you may also book your entry pass from any CAMARENA store and pay in cash/card.

• I have already booked the pass but due to an emergency, I am unable to attend. Will you give me a refund?
We may agree to cancel/refund your pass if informed at least 10 days before the event.

• What else do I need to carry with my pass?
You must carry you pass along a valid photo identity proof.

• I bought my entry pass online and got a receipt. When will I get my entry pass?
Your entry pass will be couriered to you after you book your pass.

CAMARENA Academy Facebook Group has become that fastest growing photography forum in India. More than 30,000 photographers are participating with their best pictures, each day.

Most deserving images have been selected to participate in the photography contest to win the GRAND prize of Rs. 1 Lakh.

The CAMARENA Academy Photography Awards will be held at South City International School Auditorium, Kolkata on Sunday, 31st Jan’16 from 10am to 6pm.

This event shall begin with a PhotoTalk by Raghu Rai in the first half. The best participating images will be analysed and discussed by our esteemed judges followed by the awards ceremony in the second half.

The final judging panel will be presided by India’s only Padmashree Raghu Rai, famous street photographer Vineet Vohra, renowned advertising and commercial photographer Vivek Das, awarded landscape photographer Soumitra Datta and India's most famous wildlife photographer Dhritiman Mukherjee.

Seats have already been blocked for members whose pictures have been selected as "Mentor's Choice" and have confirmed their desire to be present at the awards ceremony.
